Check every shipment before it moves on
Match trade documents before customs entry, back every tariff claim with its certificate, and check chilled deliveries before they are accepted. Anything that doesn't agree goes to a person, with the decision on the record.

What you can build for supply chain and logistics
Shipping document match
Shipping document match reads the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. It checks the consignee, package count, gross weight, line quantities and HS codes agree, then holds mismatches for the customs and logistics coordinator before the entry is lodged.
Tested: clean set completed; 3 of 3 planted errors flagged.

Build an agent that checks a shipment's trade documents agree before the customs entry. From the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, extract the seller, buyer, consignee, Incoterm, invoice lines with HS code and quantity, number of packages, gross weight and container numbers. Also have the extractor state whether the consignee is the same on all three, whether the package counts match, the gross weight difference as a percentage of the bill of lading weight, whether every invoice line quantity matches the packing list, and whether every line has an HS code. Check the consignee matches, packages match, the weight difference is 2 percent or less, quantities match and every line has an HS code. If any check fails, send it to the customs and logistics coordinator. Then write a short document check record.
Certificate of origin check
Certificate of origin check reads a certificate of origin and the commercial invoice. It checks the exporter matches, every HS code is covered, each good has an origin criterion and the certificate is certified and current, then sends gaps to the customs broker.
Tested: clean set completed; 3 of 3 planted errors flagged.

Build an agent that checks a certificate of origin supports a free trade agreement tariff claim. From the certificate of origin and the commercial invoice, extract the certificate number, agreement, exporter, importer, issue date, certification, each good with HS code and origin criterion, and the invoice seller, date and HS codes. Also have the extractor state whether the exporter matches the seller, whether every invoice HS code is on the certificate at 6 digits, whether every good has an origin criterion, and the days from issue date to invoice date. Check the exporter matches, HS codes are covered, every good has an origin criterion, the certificate is signed or certified and the invoice is 365 days or less after issue. If any check fails, send it to the customs broker to decide. Then write a short origin check record.
Cold chain delivery check
Cold chain delivery check reads the purchase order, delivery docket and temperature log. It checks time outside the temperature range, seal numbers and the delivery window, then sends exceptions to quality assurance to accept, quarantine or reject.
Tested: clean set completed; 3 of 3 planted errors flagged.

Build an agent that checks a refrigerated delivery before acceptance. From the purchase order, delivery docket and data logger temperature log, extract the PO number, required temperature range, delivery window, delivery time, seal numbers at dispatch and receipt, and each temperature reading. Also have the extractor work out the lowest and highest temperatures, total minutes outside the required range, whether delivery was within the window and whether the seal numbers match. Check the PO numbers match, time outside range is 30 minutes or less, the seals match and delivery is within the window. If any check fails, send it to the quality assurance manager to accept, quarantine or reject. Then write a short delivery check record.

Your rules. A person's decision. A record.
Send the documents
Upload a shipment's trade documents, a certificate of origin with its invoice, or a delivery docket with its temperature log.
Apply your rules
Tolerances, temperature ranges and delivery windows are checked the same way every time. Mismatches stop and go to a person.
Keep the record
Each run records what was checked, the values found and who made the call.
Be clear about the limits
- They don't lodge customs entries or connect to your freight, warehouse or customs systems. They check the documents you give them.
- Origin rules and tariff treatment depend on the agreement; the broker makes the call on any exception.
- These agents check documents against rules you set. They do not replace the people who make the decision.
- We have tested these: each completed a clean test set and flagged the errors we planted in a flawed one. Test on your own files before relying on them.
