Build an agent that screens incoming investment deals for a family office. From a pitch deck or teaser, extract the company name, sector, stage, location, amount being raised, valuation, annual revenue and lead investors. Check that the sector is within our mandate (technology, healthcare, property or consumer), the cheque size is between 1 and 10 million dollars, and the stage is Series A or later. If any check fails, send it to a principal to decide whether to pass or take a first look. Then write a short deal screening note.

02

Property due diligence

How it works

Your rules. A person's decision. A record.

01

Send the documents

Upload decks, leases, reports and subscription documents.

02

Apply your rules

Your mandate, limits and compliance rules are checked the same way every time. Anything that fails goes to the right person.

03

Keep the record

Each run records what was found, what was expected and who approved it, so you can show trustees and advisers how a decision was made.

What it doesn't do

Be clear about the limits

  • No data feeds: no live deal sources, market data or bank connections.
  • No deal pipeline board, data room or investor portal. Agents feed those systems; they don't replace them.
  • Sanctions or AML screening only runs against a list you provide.
  • These agents check documents against rules you set. They do not replace the people who make the decision.
  • We have tested these: each completed a clean test set and flagged the errors we planted in a flawed one. Test on your own files before relying on them.
