Privacy notice
This notice covers the details you give us when you sign up for Open Docy early access on opendocy.com. Open Docy is maintained by Docy AI.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Anything you choose to add: your name, company, area of work and what you'd like to build.
- The country your request came from, and the page that sent you, recorded automatically when you submit the form.
The website runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare, our host, may set security cookies to block automated abuse, and the early-access form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads from Cloudflare and checks browser signals to tell people from bots.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Open Docy is released, to offer early-access places for Docy AI, and to understand what people want to build so we can prioritise the right features. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We send the confirmation email through Resend, which receives your email address and name for that purpose. Both may process data outside Australia. Only the Docy AI team can access the sign-up list.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or 24 months after Open Docy's public release, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send by replying "unsubscribe", and you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Contact us at team@docyai.com.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. If we don't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
